Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the acceptable and unacceptable uses of the hosting and website maintenance services provided by Cianic. By using our hosting services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

Clients may not use our hosting services to store, transmit, or display any content that is illegal, infringes on third-party intellectual property, or promotes violence or discrimination. This includes, but is not limited to, malware, phishing sites, unauthorized copyrighted materials, and unsolicited bulk email (spam).

3. Resource Usage

While we provide robust hosting environments, clients may not consume excessive server resources that negatively impact the performance of our infrastructure. If your website experiences massive traffic spikes, we will work with you to upgrade your plan to an appropriate tier.

4. Enforcement

Cianic reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately and without prior notice if a client violates this AUP. In the event of a suspension due to an AUP violation, no refunds will be provided.
