Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Cianic ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Cianic provides web design, development, local SEO optimization, and website maintenance services. The specific details of the services provided to you will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals required for the completion of your project. Delays in client feedback may result in extended project timelines. You also warrant that any content provided to us does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your SOW. We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold final deliverables until full payment has been received. Subscription services (e.g., website maintenance) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the final website design and custom code created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cianic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
